Chronic knots dissolved
Trigger-point work breaks down tension that has been settled for weeks or months and that stretching alone won't resolve.

Our most requested treatment, and the one people book when they can't take it any more. The therapist locates trigger points and tight bands across the back, lower back, trapezius and neck, and works them out with progressive pressure. This isn't a relaxation massage: it's targeted work on the spot that hurts.
A knot doesn't release on its own: you have to go and find it.
A muscle knot is a group of fibres locked in contraction that won't let go by itself. Inside it, trigger points form: nodules that hurt under pressure and often refer pain elsewhere — the trapezius causing headaches is the classic case.
The technique combines sustained pressure on those points with cross-fibre friction that separates the stuck tissue. It isn't pleasant at the exact moment of pressure, but it's what restores movement.

The area that suffers most from computers and phones. It's also frequently the source of tension headaches.
Turning your neck, raising an arm or bending down without that rigid stop that halts you halfway.
Hours in a chair, driving or carrying weight leave a specific pattern of tension. We work directly on it.
This is not a medical diagnosis. If your pain is severe, recent or follows a fall, please see a healthcare professional first.

Pressing a trigger point produces an intense but brief discomfort that most people describe as the kind of pain that relieves. It shouldn't go beyond that. If you find yourself clenching your teeth or holding your breath, that's the signal to ease off — say so and the therapist adjusts.
Yes, and it's normal. A sensation similar to post-exercise soreness can last 24 to 48 hours, especially if the knot was long-standing. Water and gentle movement help. If the pain increases rather than fades, let us know.
A one-off knot usually improves markedly in a single session. If the problem has lasted months or keeps returning to the same spot, 3 or 4 sessions one to two weeks apart is typical, then monthly maintenance.
30 minutes (€50) for one specific area, such as the neck alone. 60 minutes (€80) is the most common and covers the whole back. 90 minutes (€110) if you also want legs or arms.
This treatment hunts specific points and releases them. Deep tissue works deeper fascial layers with a slower, sustained rhythm across broad areas. Identified knot? Choose this. General stiffness? Choose deep tissue.
