Immediate gains in flexibility
Assisted stretching reaches ranges of motion you cannot get to alone. You feel it the moment you stand up from the mat.

It resembles no other massage. No oil, comfortable clothes, on a floor mat: the therapist uses thumbs, palms, elbows and feet to press the Sen lines and guide you through a sequence of assisted stretches. You leave feeling taller and mentally clear.
They call it "lazy yoga": you don't do the work, the therapist does.
Nuad Bo Rarn literally means "ancient massage". It emerged more than 2,500 years ago and in Thailand is regarded as a branch of medicine, not a spa indulgence. UNESCO listed it as Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2019.
Its foundation is the Sen lines: a network of channels through which, by tradition, the body's energy flows. The therapist works along them with firm pressure and combines them with stretches you could never perform on your own.

Opening the chest and shoulders and mobilising the spine counteracts the closed posture of desks and phones.

No. Traditional Thai massage is done fully clothed. We provide comfortable cotton clothes on arrival, or you can come in loose sportswear. No oil is used, so there's no need to shower afterwards.
It is the most intense treatment on our menu, but it shouldn't hurt. Pressure is firm and stretches reach the edge of your range, not beyond it. The therapist adjusts to your response — just say the word.
Yes, it's common and not a sign of harm. Releasing a compressed joint produces that sound, much like stretching in the morning. If it makes you uneasy, say so and we'll work more gently.
30 minutes for €50, 45 for €60, 60 for €80 and 90 for €110. For Thai we recommend 60 or 90 minutes: the traditional sequence covers the whole body, and 30 minutes only allows for one area.
Traditional is done clothed, without oil, on a floor mat, and is built on stretching and pressure along the Sen lines. Thai Oil is done on a table with oil — smoother and more relaxing, without the deep stretches.
